Christmas Cookies

Tip: try making cookies You can make them into
ornaments. If you put frosting on the
cookies, they become colorful and pretty.
Makes about 20 cookies.
½ cup soft flour, ½ cup sugar, 1 small egg, 7 tablespoons butter.
- Soften
the butter at room temperature and crush it in a bowl with a wooden
spoon. Add sugar and stir more. - Add
the egg and mix. - Sieve
the flour into the mix and stir. It
is ready when the white flour chunks are gone. - Wrap
the mix in saran warp and put it in the refrigerator fore over 30 minutes. - Pour
some flour on the board and put the mix from step 4 onto it and flatten it
with a rolling pin. - Cut
out pieces using cookie cutters. - Lay
out the pieces on a cookie sheet covered with was paper and bake in the
oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 F) for 12 to 13 minutes. After it is baked, let cool.
When you want to make them into ornaments, poke a hole using
a bamboo stick at the top. Now you can
decorate your Christmas tree! ^^
